Hi, I’m Kate. Im an Early Childhood Nominated Supervisor and someone who is endlessly passionate about the joy and challenge of running a preschool service.

This space is a window into my everyday. Our the little wins, the big questions, the heartwarming connections, and yes, even the tricky parts like behaviour challenges, staffing hurdles, and the balancing act that comes with leading a team. My goal isn’t to present a “perfect” service, but to share the real moments that make up the important work that we do. The messy, the meaningful, and the magical.

I truly love what I do. I believe deeply in the rights and voices of children, in play-based learning, and in building strong, authentic connections. Through these stories and reflections, I hope to celebrate the positivity, shine a light on the challenges we all face in early childhood education, and maybe even offer a little inspiration to other directors, educators, or anyone who values this important work.

At the heart of it all, this is about children. Their laughter, their learning, and the world we create for them every day.
